Herring Shoes
A co.uk ecommerce site, with multilingual customer base. Carried out user research to understand the customer base and how customers thought about the brand and website. Formed strategy for further investment.
Gumtree
Designed expansion of taxonomy (the categories) across Gumtree's 48 city sites. Project managed unification of category structures across all sites. Reduced site management complexity and increased sales in key categories.
Content Delivery & Analysis (CDA)
In partnership with CDA, we produced wireframing and site maps for site overhaul projects with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Epson.co.uk.
eBay.co.uk
Not really ux work, but we sourced 100s of video cameras and photographed them for use across eBay's European sites.
